What is CRM?
CRM stands for Customer Relationship Management, a term first coined in the 1990’s.
The literal and original meaning of the expression “Customer Relationship Management” was, simply, managing the relationship with your customer. Today it is used to describe IT systems and software designed to help you manage this relationship. Continue Reading…

Are you kidding me? Ever since finding out about and attending B-School (which I highly recommend), meeting Marie Forleo was a quest. Bucket List Item #26. Check.
But, perhaps it was my exhaustion or giving the lecture at Columbia University the day before, I will say meeting Marie Forleo to film a segment of MarieTV with my client, Louie Schwartzberg, was surrealistically natural… like just a regular day.
And, Marie looks exactly like Marie. Continue Reading…
“And that’s a wrap!”
I just finished creating my own promo video for my new book. Man, was it ever a great opportunity to practice what I preach, and remember just how challenging it can be to manage my own brand and business.

I ask a lot of questions of my clients. A lot.
“What do you need help with right now?” “What are your priorities for your website this week?” “If you could ask me anything, what would you ask?”

Frankly, you’re not quite sure how to formulate the answer to my question, even though you know you need help.
Am I close? Here are 3 tips that might help.
It would require committing 2 hours of your time this month. If you can give yourself that, we’ll aim for 3 things:
1. Clean up your desk: 30 mins
2. Clean up your media plan: 30 mins
3. Clean up your passwords and logins: 1 hour Continue Reading…
Here’s an email I received this week:
“Dear sweet Greta,
I have finally gotten really into blogging. Both actually remembering to post but also enjoying doing it. So my question is, how do I get more viewers? How do I get more people to come to my website? I know we talked about SEO and keywords once but I don’t remember much about it…..is that the best way to get viewers? Is it that and something else? I think my posts are pretty good and I’ll keep doing good ones but it helps knowing people are reading. Any suggestions?”
Why, yes, I do!
Getting hacked…. SUCKS.
It’s scary, it’s violating, it’s confusing, and it never ever happens at a “convenient” time.
I’m here to tell you that I have survived being hacked, I rescued all my files, and I am now more secure than ever.
It’s not brain surgery, but it does require action and attention.
Ready? Here’s what to do…. Continue Reading…
